The check-in was very efficient. My room was spacious and warm. It was a great value. I also noticed plentiful parking available. There was an EV charging station right next to the building!
I was provided with only one set of towels, though two people stayed in my room. We had to share them.

The staff offered great service. The team secured a room with two beds. I really appreciated the level of cleanliness. The rooms was super clean. Free parking was readily available. I found the free WiFi to be quite reliable.
I noticed a slight scent in one of the rooms, a minor distraction.

adequate but flawed

inappropriate process loud announcement
the room was clean and served its purpose for a quick overnight stay.
I found the check-in process less than ideal. the receptionist announced my room number loudly, while dealing with another large group. I felt this was inappropriate, especially as a solo female traveler. this.

The room was clean and provided basic necessities.
The air conditioning did NOT function. I found only a fan. I also noticed the bulb next to the bed was out, I expect all lights to work in a hotel room.

The room was clean and the staff polite.
The air conditioning wasn't working. I found only a fan in the room. It just blew hot air around. one light switch did nothing. Seemed pointless.

The staff were friendly. I found ample parking, so that was alright.
The room I had smelled strongly of stale smoke. The springs in the mattress were noticeable, and this made it difficult to get comfortable or enjoy a good night's sleep, so I was not happy.

the hotel room was spacious. it featured comfortable furniture and well-made beds. the room was very clean. the overall ambiance was relaxing and cute.
only one set of towels was provided for two people, so we shared towels.
